If you wish to pursue your studies at our institution, there are a number of scholarship options available to choose from.

Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program

Stipendium Hungaricum is a scholarship program founded by the Government of Hungary in the spirit of its foreign policy „Opening to the East and to the South” in 2013 and is managed by the Tempus Public Foundation. The scholarship is based on a bilateral educational cooperation agreement signed between the Ministries responsible for education between the sending countries/and Hungary. Each year thousands of international students gain admission through this scholarship program.

Stipendium Hungaricum benefits are the following

Erasmus+ Programs

Erasmus+ is the EU program to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe for the period 2014-2021. The program can make a major contribution to help tackle socio-economic changes, the key challenges that Europe will be facing until the end of the decade and to support the implementation of the European policy agenda for growth, jobs, equity and social inclusion.

(EEA) Mobility of Individuals

In the framework of this program, Óbuda University provides numerous opportunities for students, professors, teachers, trainers, staff of educational institutions, professionals of organizations active in the fields of education to undertake a learning and/or professional experience in Hungary.

Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility

Opportunities for HEI participants have a chance to undertake learning experiences generally for one or two semesters from a partner country within European Union supported by the Program.

Scholarship Programme for Christian Young People

The core mission of the Scholarship Programme for Christian Young People is to provide the possibility of studying in Hungary for young Christian students living in the crisis regions of the world and/or being threatened in their country because of their faith.

Tuition fees for 20212022 academic year

All tuition fees must be paid prior to enrollment. Proof of payment via bank transfer will need to be presented. In cases of either late or partially paid tuition fees, the University reserves the right to refuse enrollment.
