PANNÓNIA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME

The Pannonia Scholarship Programme was established by the Ministry of Culture and Innovation to provide international mobility opportunities and experience abroad for students, teachers and staff of the model-changed universities. Both long and short-term mobility can be supported under the programme. The website of the programme is available here.

At the University of Óbuda, the Pannonia Scholarship Programme is coordinated by the Directorate-General for International Affairs, and the International Education Office is in charge of the application process.

Mobility possibilities for students:

  • Long-term mobility:
    • Study period (1 or 2 semester);
    • Traineeship, recent graduate traineeship (1-12 months)
    • Research mobility for doctoral students (2-3 months)
  • Short-term mobility:
    • Short study period, e.g. Summer University, short courses etc. (2-30 days);
    • Research mobility for master and doctoral students (2-30 days).

An Excellence Scholarship is also available for outstandingly talented students, which provides an increased amount of scholarship and other benefits for part-time studies completed at one of the TOP 250 universities of the Times Higher Education (THE)  and Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) rankings.
